What we undertake to do, and what we ask of you. Last updated 16 September 2026.

CrewQR is early. We would rather say so here than have you find out. The product works and is backed up and monitored, and it has not yet been run by a hundred companies for a year. Judge it accordingly.

What you get

An account with its own web address, its own separate database, and as many people on it as your plan allows. The first five active employees are free permanently — not a trial. Compliance features are never behind the paywall: the flags that tell you what you owe stay in the free tier, because a tool that hides them is worse than no tool.

Your records are yours

We hold them on your behalf. Any administrator can download all of them at any time, in full, without asking us. If you leave, ask and we delete your database; see the privacy page for what that does and does not reach.

What we undertake

What we ask

What this is not

CrewQR is not a law firm and nothing in it is legal advice. It applies the rules you configure and shows its working, and the compliance flags are there to bring things to your attention, not to decide them. Your payroll provider remains the paycheck of record; our numbers exist to feed it and to cost your jobs, and where they disagree, trust payroll and investigate the gap.

Money

The free five are free permanently. Above five, the intended price is a flat amount per active employee per month, and we are not charging it yet: there is no card on file and no way to take one. Beta customers keep a founding rate when charging starts. Nothing will start costing you money without us telling you first and you agreeing.

Stopping

Either of us can stop at any time. If we ever shut the service down we will give you notice and time to get your data out, and the export exists today so it is not something that would have to be built in a hurry.
