The demo company
Try CrewQR with a real crew's two weeks
Ridgeline Builders is a five-person remodeling crew in the East Bay
with two jobs on the go and a fortnight of time on the books — including the week one
of them had. Sign in as the owner or as one of the carpenters. Nothing to install,
nothing to set up, nothing you can break: the whole company is put back the way it was
every night.

Run the office
The dashboard, every timesheet, the compliance queue, job costing, reports and the
payroll export. Approve a week, fix a punch, post an update to the crew.

Clock in as a carpenter
What Trevor Blake sees on his phone: the clock, his jobs, the meal timer, his own
hours. Clock in, take a lunch, switch job, clock out. Works best opened on a phone.
employee number 103
PIN 2468
The sign-in page has both of these as one-tap buttons, so
there is nothing to type. The demo lives at demo.crewqr.com;
in the phone app (CrewQR Time Clock, in review at both stores) the company code is demo.
Worth looking at
Dashboard
Who is on the clock, hours today, this week's burdened labor cost, and
60 shifts waiting on your approval — the pile a Friday actually looks like.
Compliance
Aaron Whitfield's week is the reason the product exists. Five flags, each one a
different way a day goes wrong:
meal missingmeal latemeal short
punched off-siteclock-out reconstructed
The screen shows what each one costs in California meal premiums and lets you resolve
it with a recorded reason.
Time
Two weeks of timesheets for five people, with the meal each one took and when.
Open a shift, move a punch, and watch the overtime and the premium recompute.
Projects
Orinda Kitchen Remodel and San Ramon Bath & Tile, each with a labor budget and
hours charged to cost codes — framing, trim, paint, tile, punch list — so the cost report
answers "what did the drywall cost me" rather than one row at 100%.
Payroll export
Lock the period and download the file a payroll service takes. Regular, overtime,
double time and premiums, per person, already split.
The crew clock
Sign in as employee 103 on a phone. Clock in to a job, start lunch and see the deadline it
was measured against, confirm your rest breaks at clock-out. This is what a worker
does every day, and it is deliberately three taps.
How the demo works
Everything is yours to try
Clock in and out, edit and approve time, add a worker or a job, change the settings, post
an announcement, run every report. It is a real company on the real product, not a tour.
Three things it keeps for itself
- The two logins above — their passwords and PINs stay put, so the next person can get in.
- Uploads: no photos or documents, because they would be shown to strangers.
- Anything that leaves the building — emailed reports, webhooks, password resets.
It resets every night at about 4 AM Pacific. Whatever you changed is
wiped, the crew's two weeks are re-dated to end yesterday, and the company is exactly as you
found it. Anyone else looking at the same time sees your changes too, and you see theirs —
it is one company.
When you have seen enough
A company of your own takes about a minute and is free for up to five people.
Your address, your state's rules, your crew.
Prefer a person?
Leave your details and a person will call you, answer what you actually want to
ask, and set it up with you if it fits.
Got it.
We have your details and somebody will be in touch. If it is urgent,
hello@crewqr.com reaches a person
directly.
